Managing your subscription

View your plan, your next billing date, and cancel — all from the Stripe Customer Portal.

What this is

Beach uses Stripe for billing. Everything you'd want to do with your subscription — see what you're paying, change cards, download invoices, or cancel — lives in the Stripe Customer Portal. You open the portal from inside Beach.

How to open the portal

  1. Open Beach Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing section.
  3. Click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab.

What you can do in the portal

  • See your plan. Beach is a flat $44/month.
  • See your next billing date. When your card will be charged next.
  • Update your payment method. Add or change a card.
  • View and download invoices. PDF receipts for every charge.
  • Cancel your subscription. Cancellation is end-of-period — your agent keeps running until the period ends. See Cancelling for the full timeline.
