Cancelling
Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal. You keep your agent until period end, then we hold your data for 14 days.
What this is
You can cancel Beach any time. Cancellation is end-of-period — you don't lose access the moment you click the button. Your agent keeps running until your current billing period ends, and then we hold onto your data for another 14 days in case you change your mind.
How to cancel
- Open Beach Settings.
- Go to the Billing section.
- Click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Find the cancel option for your subscription and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Right away. You stay subscribed through the end of the current billing period. Your instance keeps running, your agent keeps replying, nothing changes.
- End of the billing period. Your instance stops. Your data is held for 14 days — this is your reactivation window.
- 14 days after period end. Your data is permanently deleted.
Reactivating
If you reactivate within the 14-day window — by re-subscribing in Beach — your instance comes back with all of its data: sessions, memory, skills, channel tokens, and provider keys. Nothing is lost. After 14 days, the data is gone.
